BundleStock for WooCommerce

BundleStock turns your WooCommerce products into build-your-own bundles. Customers choose a size and the items they want; each chosen product or variation is taken from its own stock when the order is placed. There is no second inventory to keep in sync.

For your customers

• A step-by-step builder on the product page: pick a size, then pick items, with a running count and price
• Search, product photos and variation choices (flavor, size, color) inside the builder
• Sold-out items are greyed out and can never be picked; duplicates are allowed or not, per bundle
• Works on phones, and with both the classic and the block cart and checkout

For your store

• Fixed prices per bundle size: any 3, any 5, any 10, or whatever sizes you sell
• Pick which products, and which of their variations, customers may choose from
• Each chosen product or variation is deducted from its own WooCommerce stock, and stock is checked again when the order is placed, so two shoppers cannot buy the last item twice
• Cancelled and failed orders put every picked item back in stock, and so do refunds with “Restock refunded items” ticked
• The order screen shows exactly what was picked and what was deducted, and an activity log records every stock change
• A setup wizard, a dashboard with stock warnings, and tools to check and repair bundles
• Compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)

Requirements

WordPress 7.0 or newer, WooCommerce 10.9 or newer, PHP 8.1 or newer, MySQL or MariaDB with InnoDB tables, and WooCommerce stock management turned on.
